All transactions on jilix are conducted in Philippine pesos (PHP) through supported local payment channels. Deposits are credited to your account after successful confirmation from the payment provider. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes stated on the platform, subject to identity verification and compliance checks. jilix does not accept payments from third parties — all deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Any attempt to use fraudulent payment methods or to reverse legitimate transactions will result in immediate account suspension. All content on the jilix platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, page layouts, game interfaces, text, and software — is the property of jilix or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without prior written permission from jilix. Unauthorised use of any platform content may result in legal action. The jilix brand name and logo are trademarks and must not be used in any context without explicit written consent.
jilix provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is accessible and functioning correctly at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for losses arising from technical outages, connectivity issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. jilix is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses that may result from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of jilix shall not exceed the amount you deposited in the thirty days preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

If your account is suspended, you may contact our support team to request a review of the decision. Upon termination of an account, any remaining balance that is not subject to forfeiture under these terms will be returned to you through your registered payment method, subject to verification. jilix will always act in accordance with applicable Philippine regulations when taking account action.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from your use of the jilix platform that cannot be resolved through our internal support process will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. jilix is committed to resolving player concerns fairly and efficiently, and we encourage you to reach out through our support channels before pursuing any formal legal process.
